Vegapunk

Vegapunk is the world's greatest scientist and head of MADS, later leading the Special Science Group (SSG) under the World Government in One Piece. First mentioned in 2006 during the Post-Enies Lobby arc, he debuts visually in the 2022 Egghead arc, central to themes of forbidden knowledge and the 'Void Century.' This Leader card depicts him with his six satellites (York, Atlas, Lilith, etc.), tying directly to the set's '500 Years in the Future' theme referencing his future message broadcast.

June 28, 2024, in the English '500 Years in the Future' (OP-07) set; Japanese version released earlier in 2024.

• Card references set name via Egghead arc lore.
• Leader card enables Yellow Vegapunk decks, meta-relevant as of May 2025.

Condition. Check centering on vibrant Alternate Art; watch for print lines, edge whitening, surface scratches on glossy finish; common flaws include corner dings from deckbox wear and surface scratches on leader foil.

Storage. Use semi-rigid holder or top-loader with sleeve; store in cool, dry place away from sunlight to prevent foil oxidation; avoid stacking in binders without dividers.

Authenticity. Verify holographic Leader pattern and UV-reactive foil; check card number OP07-097 and Egghead/Scientist type text; fakes often have blurry artwork or incorrect font weights; cross-reference with official LimitlessTCG database.
