Market outlook
Rising Outlook 7/10
The trend is rising due to the card's new release status (February 2026), strong character demand, and the prestige of being an Alternate Art. As the set gains popularity in English markets and through tournament play, demand for rare Alt Arts like Nami is expected to increase.
Next months. Next 3–6 months: Prices are expected to rise steadily as the set becomes more available in English and collectors seek Alt Arts. Raw copies may see a 10–20% increase.
Long term. 1–3 years: If Nami remains a top-tier character and the Alt Art variant maintains scarcity, prices could reach $300–$350 for graded 10 graded copies, with raw copies potentially hitting $250.
History
Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates in the anime and manga series ONE PIECE. She originated from Cocoyasi Village in the East Blue, where she was forced to work as a thief under the pirate Arlong to protect her village. After being freed by Luffy and the Straw Hats, she joined them as their navigator, renowned for her intelligence, marksmanship, and mastery of the Clima-Tact. Her significance lies in her role as a core crew member, her complex backstory, and her evolution from a reluctant thief to a loyal pirate.

Collector notes
Condition. Key things to check include centering, corner sharpness, edge wear, and surface gloss. Common flaws for this SR Alt Art include minor scratches on the glossy art layer, whitening on corners due to genre handling, and potential printing misalignments on the alt art. The foil effect may wear if not stored properly.
Storage. Store in a rigid, non-PVC plastic sleeve (penny sleeve) inside a rigid top loader. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Consider using a card vault or safe for long-term storage. Avoid bending or stacking without protection.
Authenticity. To spot fakes, verify the artist credit (NAKAuMa), the exact card number (OP15-086), and the high-quality foil/alt art finish. Official cards have precise printing with no pixelation. Reprints may lack the correct holographic pattern or have uneven color saturation. Authentication via graded or Beckett can confirm authenticity and grade.
