Market outlook
Rising Outlook 7/10
Market interest is supported by DeLauter’s 2026 MLB debut and the card’s early rookie-year timing, while insert exclusivity helps maintain collector demand.[13][4]
Next months. Likely to stay firm to slightly higher if DeLauter continues producing in MLB, with raw copies remaining the most liquid segment.
Long term. Could appreciate moderately over 1-3 years if he develops into a regular or star; value would likely soften if performance stalls or if higher-end autographs and parallels dominate collector attention.

Collector notes
Condition. Check centering, sharp corners, clean edges, and surface gloss; insert cards from retail-style products often show whitening on corners, print lines, and surface scratches from box handling or sleeving.
Storage. Store in a penny sleeve and rigid top loader or semi-rigid holder, keep away from heat and humidity, and avoid repeated handling because glossy insert surfaces scratch easily.
Authenticity. Verify the card number MF-5, the Bowman Mega Futures branding, and the licensed Bowman back design; compare logo placement, font, and print quality against known examples, and be cautious of altered or custom-printed replicas sold online.
