Market outlook
Stable Outlook 7/10
The card has already established itself as a premium event promo, and prices typically stabilize after the initial release spike. Future movement will likely depend on graded population growth, broader Lorcana collector interest, and how often Challenge promos are re-evaluated by the market.
Next months. Likely to trade in a relatively tight range unless a major Lorcana market catalyst appears; high-grade copies should remain easier to move than raw copies.
Long term. Over 1-3 years, the card is likely to retain premium status and may appreciate gradually if sealed/held population remains limited and Lorcana promo collecting continues to mature.
History
Cinderella is the classic Disney princess from the 1950 animated film Cinderella, one of the most recognizable characters in the Disney canon. The Lorcana card version 'Cinderella - Stouthearted' depicts her as a Floodborn, Steel-ink hero/princess with a knight-like, action-oriented combat identity rather than the traditional ballroom-focused portrayal. In Lorcana, this version is notable because it is one of the first Challenge prize/event-promotional versions of a competitive staple from Rise of the Floodborn, giving the character both collector appeal and tournament-community significance.
First released on May 25, 2024 as part of the Disney Lorcana Challenge Set 1 promo distribution, available through Lorcana Challenge regional events. The foil version was awarded to Top 64 players in 1025+ player events and Top 32 players in events with 1024 or fewer players, while a non-foil version could be redeemed with prize tickets at select Challenge events such as Atlanta and Lille.
- This is an alternate-art, no-border promo version of Cinderella - Stouthearted with card number 3/C1.
- Early product images showed the card as 42/P1, but the actual printed card was renumbered into the Challenge promo set as 3/C1.
- Both foil and non-foil versions exist, but they were distributed differently, making the foil substantially scarcer in the secondary market.

Collector notes
Condition. Check for edge whitening, corner wear, surface scratches, print lines, foil scuffs, centering, and pressure marks. Promo foils are especially prone to micro-scratches and handling wear because they were distributed as prize cards and often immediately sleeved, then later removed for grading or resale.
Storage. Store in a penny sleeve and rigid top loader or semi-rigid holder, ideally inside a team bag or graded slab for higher-value copies. Keep the card away from sunlight, humidity, and repeated handling, since foil surface damage and edge wear can significantly affect value.
Authenticity. Verify the correct collector number 3/C1 and the Challenge promo layout, because proxy cards and counterfeit Lorcana promos have appeared in the market. Compare the card stock, print sharpness, foil pattern, and borderless full-art treatment against known authentic scans; mismatched numbering, blurry text, or incorrect sheen are common red flags.
